Website information and menu
We work to keep menu descriptions, ingredients, prices, hours, promotions, and availability current, but they may change without notice and occasional errors may occur. Photos are illustrative. We may correct errors, discontinue an item, or decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable or information was posted incorrectly. If a change affects an order you placed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided.

Orders and payment
An order request is not accepted until it is confirmed by Sana’s Cuisine or the ordering platform. Preparation and pickup or delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by demand, weather, traffic, or other circumstances. Please provide accurate contact and order details. You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it and for any applicable charges shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment provider or platform presented during checkout.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a direct order. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after preparation begins or an order is handed to a delivery provider. For an order placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or another third-party service, contact that service about changes, cancellations, or refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Food allergies and dietary needs
Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens, and cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of a particular allergen. Please contact us before placing an order if you need ingredient or preparation information.

Promotions
